What is "Valentine's Day" ??
Valentine's day is celebrated on 14 February in America, Europe and many other countries. It is named after an early Christian martyr named Valentine. On this special day, lovers express their love for each other by sending Valentine cards or flowers. It caused the greeting cards industry in the United States to boom in the 1990s. The U.S. greeting card association estimates that approximately one billion Valentine cards are sent each year worldwide. The makes it the second largest card-sending holiday of the year behind Christmas and New Year cards.
